If you let the app access activity data, Caltivita will read activities and total calories burned to calculate remaining calories you can take, based on your personalized total energy expenditure. This information is also used for calculating user activity level and ranking users based on this KPI.
If you let the app access sleep data, Caltivita will read sleep data including start sleep time, wake-up time, total time in bed, and total asleep time, and calculate sleep quality. We also use this data to help you make a sleep routine and get reminders for bedtime.
If you let the app access body data, Caltivita will read your weight and use that data to calculate BMI and Total Energy Expenditure. We try to keep your weight updated by connecting to your body data. Caltivita calculates weight goals considering your updated weight.
